What the Tutor does
Where included in your purchased product, the UNBOUND AI Tutor supports reflection and understanding of the learning material available to you. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human professional. Its responses may contain errors or interpretations that do not fit your experience.
The Tutor is intended to ask before interpreting, offer possibilities without identity labels and return decisions to you. You can decline an interpretation, ask for clarification, pause or use the learning material without continuing a conversation. It should not encourage dependency or claim to know you better than you know yourself.
The Tutor is available only for modules you have bought and that have been released to you. An administrator can pause the Tutor. For urgent help, use /member/support. High-risk messages are directed to support; the safety record keeps the category, module and time, not the message text.
Your Living Profile
Where enabled, a Living Profile records the reflections and possible tendencies you choose to retain. It is not a diagnosis or a permanent description of who you are. Nothing is saved unless you choose Add to Profile or Edit first. Leave open and Do not save save nothing. You can reword, change status, archive, remove, reset all, export, and turn Tutor observations off at /member/profile.
Access and privacy
The Tutor receives only authorised learning context and personal information described in the Privacy Notice. It receives the member message, up to 20 recent session turns, the current module and approved knowledge excerpts from the current and completed modules. It does not receive journal entries or exchange messages, because they are encrypted on the member's device and the server cannot read them. It does not currently receive Living Profile wording.
Do not enter payment credentials, unnecessary sensitive information or identifiable private information about another person. Conversations are not automatically equivalent to confidential therapy communications.
The Privacy Notice identifies providers, purposes, lawful bases, retention and international processing. Optional sensitive-information processing, marketing and testimonials require their own appropriate choices; agreement to these terms is not blanket consent for them.
Limits and human support
The Tutor does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. It does not independently determine your eligibility for access, price or services. You can contact tracey@unboundglobal.co to challenge a result or request human review of a decision affecting access or qualification.
