What is UNBOUND?+
UNBOUND™ is a structured identity clarity ecosystem designed to help you recognize your patterns, understand your responses, and move with clarity.
Is this therapy?+
No. UNBOUND is education, not therapy, diagnosis or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a qualified clinician.
How does access work?+
You register an account, verify your email address, and the pathway you hold opens in your dashboard. Free entry points open immediately; a purchased pathway opens once payment clears.
Why can I not skip ahead?+
Stages open in order because each one depends on the one before it. A locked stage shows you what it is waiting on.
Can I get a refund?+
The refund policy sets out the position, including how the cooling-off period works for digital content you have started.
Can anyone read my journal?+
No. Your journal is yours alone: it is encrypted on your device with keys only you hold, and nobody else can read it, including your guide and anyone at UNBOUND. Your private exchange is different, because it is a conversation: those messages are encrypted for you and your guide, so your guide reads what you send them. UNBOUND can read neither, and cannot recover them if you lose both your password and your recovery key.
What do I need to take part?+
A current browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and an internet connection. Because your keys live in your browser, you unlock your journal with your password on each new device.
