Our products and services
We offer the digital products and educational services described on the relevant product page. These may include books, journals, workbooks, assessments, self-guided learning and, where expressly included, facilitator sessions or AI-supported learning. A product includes only the features listed at purchase. Announced future pathways are not included unless the order expressly says otherwise.
Before purchase, the product page and checkout will explain the total price and currency, applicable taxes, payment arrangement, delivery timing, access period, relevant technical requirements, included support and any recurring charges. You need a suitable device, internet access and, for PDFs, a compatible reader. Additional requirements will be disclosed before purchase.
Orders and payment
No child accounts exist. [TBC with Tracey: accounts are for adults 18+]
An order is accepted when we send an order acceptance confirmation. A payment receipt alone is not acceptance if it expressly says the order is awaiting approval. We will refund payments for orders we do not accept. Save the order confirmation and terms supplied with it.
Prices are displayed in the stated currency. Your bank may charge its own conversion or transaction fees. We disclose taxes and unavoidable charges before you place the order. Instalments, when offered, are a payment schedule for the stated total price, not a cancellable subscription unless expressly described as one. This does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Delivery and access
Digital delivery and access begin within the timeframe stated at checkout, subject to the cancellation choices described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact techsupport@unboundglobal.co if delivery fails. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by law.
Your access lasts for the period stated at purchase. We will not materially reduce a paid product's promised features or access period without your agreement or an appropriate remedy. Necessary security and maintenance changes may occur; we will communicate material disruption where reasonably possible. We provide updates required by law or expressly included in the product description.
Personal use and intellectual property
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use purchased materials for your own learning and, for a family product, within the household scope stated at purchase. You may make personal working copies and complete exercises. Do not share login credentials, resell files, publish substantial extracts, distribute materials or use them to deliver commercial training without written permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
Rights in materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership. No therapist, educator or facilitator licence or professional accreditation is created by purchasing a participant product. Commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.
UNBOUND™ and related marks are owned by Unbound Global (Pty) Ltd, a South African company (registration 2026/238916/07), and are used by UB Clarity Systems Ltd with its permission.
You retain rights in your original reflections and submissions. You permit us and our contracted providers to process them only as necessary to deliver the features you use, subject to the Privacy Notice. This is not permission to publish your reflections, testimonials or recordings for marketing.
Educational scope and the AI Tutor
Our products support reflection and learning. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or individual legal, financial or medical advice. Assessments and persona descriptions reflect possible tendencies rather than a fixed identity or clinical conclusion. Results depend on many factors and no particular personal or business outcome is guaranteed.
Where included, the AI Tutor is governed by the AI Tutor and Living Profile Notice. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You can question interpretations and decide whether they fit your experience. These limitations do not remove our obligation to provide products and services with the quality and care required by law.
Acceptable use and account restrictions
Do not harass others, upload unlawful material, expose another person's private information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Keep your account secure and tell us about suspected misuse.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct or a material breach. Where safe and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow correction or review. Restrictions will be proportionate. If we permanently end paid access, we will assess any refund due under law and the circumstances; a restriction does not automatically forfeit all payments.
Cancellation and remedies
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains change-of-mind cancellation, immediate digital supply and service-start requests. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content and services provided without reasonable care and skill remain available even where change-of-mind cancellation has ended.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Products sold for personal use are not supplied as business consultancy. For consumer purchases, we are not responsible for business losses arising from commercial use outside the agreed purpose. Separate business agreements may specify different terms.
Changes and disputes
Changes to these terms apply to future purchases. Existing orders retain their agreed terms unless a lawful change is necessary or you agree to it. We will give notice of material changes affecting ongoing services and any rights to end the service.
Contact us using the Complaints Policy if there is a problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable where you habitually reside. Consumers may bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law, including their local courts where entitled. This clause does not require consumers to give up mandatory local rights.
